Project: Inhaler Adaptor
Description: This co-molded adaptor, used to test Nektar’s inhalers, was originally custom manufactured in Italy but all design documentation was lost. A+J was able to produce new molds in just one week. A+J utilized Medical Grade Silicone and recommended a specific material durometer in order to satisfy FDA regulations and functionality requirements.
