Our bridge tooling processes can get you to market quickly, often before your higher volume tooling resources completes their tooling preparations. Using thermoset polyurethane and silicone materials along with our injectable meter-mix technology, we can produce quick-turn cast parts that achieve a wide range of performance requirements. Durometer, UV resistant, heat deflection or flame-retardant properties are a few of the materials specifications we specialize in. Optically clear parts, cast-in color, mold-in inserts are no problem.
